Regardless of the hardwood floor installation method, hardwood floors should be regularly dust mopped to keep dirt and other abrasives away and damp-mopped to maintain the warm glow that will make your floor stand out. As there are numerous finish methods and coating types for hardwood floors, we recommend working with your installer to determine the best wood flooring maintenance and cleaning method for the type of finish they applied. For wet-cleaning floors that were finished on-site, simply follow the manufacturer’s instructions found on the label.
Our commercial UV-cured pre-finish flooring planks (20-year residential / 5-year commercial warranty) can be easily cleaned using a light solution mixture of liquid dish soap and water.
Our solid “lifetime” hardwood flooring boards are milled to the finest standards and can be re-sanded five to seven times, providing you with up to 100 years of lasting beauty. Our precision-engineered flooring planks feature a premium 5mm wear layer and is made to withstand up to five sandings or refinishings over its long lifetime.
